The system will issue an authorised absence pass for Pupils to take with them off site. That way you can account for Pupils who have left the site between registers and the Pupil has a way of proving their absence from School is legitimate if challenged.

Entry-Sign has an in-depth management area built to run behind the actual signing in software.
This is where you can view, edit and print all the visitors and students logs, time sheets, absence and attendance, fire roll-call etc.

EntrySign™ shows all the visitors currently signed in. With one click of the 'Emergency Call' button this list will be printed out to give a full roll call for health and safety.
Create custom reports, select the details you need, any detail requirements call be edited and print them out with a simple click.
See all the visitors that have visited your site and the times in and out, person they visited, their vehicle reg and any other requested details. You can also pre book visitor, so once they arrive EntrySign™ emails the person they have come to see.
On the Staff page you can view all timesheet reports, the times the employee clocked in and out, absence days they had and the reasons for this, plus edit their details and timesheet settings.
On the Pupils page you can view all attendance reports, times the child signed in and out, absence days they had and the reasons for this.
